2021 Terex® Conveyors RT-140

The Terex® Finlay RT-140 telescopic conveyor is essential for producers who want to produce a consistent quality product and reduce segregation, degradation, compaction and contamination of material in the stockpile.

The machine has eight automated stockpile modes available and the telescoping movement of the conveyor enables 30% more stockpiling capacity when compared against a standard radial stacker of the same length.

With a maximum discharge height of 14.4m (47’ 2’’) and configured to operate at 270° of radial movement the machine can stockpile an impressive 90,000 tonnes (99,200 US tonnes) of the material without intervention or the use of secondary equipment.

The RT-140 excels in sites with a limited footprint and can load or unload by truck, rail or barge.

Features may include:

• Eight fully-automated stockpile modes gives producers the ability to stockpile larger piles of in-spec material within a smaller footprint.

• The winch and wire rope system ensures smooth in and out movement of the telescopic stringer conveyor and a reliable and safe retracting and extending of the stinger conveyor.

• The TR-140 features a 42.45m (139’ 3”) discharge conveyor that has the capacity to transfer up to 600tph (661 US tph) of material.
